Most grill cleanings take 1-2 hours depending on the size and condition of your grill. We'll provide an estimated time when we arrive and keep you updated throughout the process.
Our base service includes complete interior degreasing of grates, flavorizer bars, drip pans, and the main cook box. We also wipe down the exterior handles and knobs. The grill will be reassembled and tested for proper operation. For a deep restoration of the exterior with protective coating, add our "Full Exterior Polish & Shine" service.
We do a deep clean and restore — not a full like-new restoration for severely rusted or damaged grills. Our service removes grease buildup, carbon deposits, and surface grime to restore functionality and improve appearance. If your grill has extensive rust damage, structural issues, or deteriorated parts, we'll assess it on-site and give you an honest recommendation about whether cleaning will meet your expectations or if replacement parts/a new grill might be a better investment.
While it's not required, we recommend being available when we arrive to discuss any specific concerns and when we finish to review the completed work. If you can't be home, we can arrange for access and will provide before/after photos.

For regular grillers, we recommend professional cleaning 2-3 times per year. Heavy users may benefit from quarterly cleanings, while occasional grillers might only need annual service. We'll assess your grill and provide personalized recommendations.
We currently clean gas grills and flat top griddles (Blackstone, etc.) only. We do not service charcoal grills at this time. Our techniques are optimized for gas grills and griddles for the best results.
